Hi. I finally found something that converts files to .wmv the way I want it to. Windows Media Batch Encoder 9.

The only problem is it can't batch convert out of the box. According to microsofts site you need to use a script to do so.

Where would I put in the command line that tells it to do this?

Generally you would add the folder (containing the software that is run from the command line) in the Path.

The files to be converted would be in a folder.
You drop to the command line and go to that folder and type in the relevant commands.
