bad mosfet at u5b1

I have an xbox360 with no power issue and through testing found that the mosfet at u5b1 is bad. I have a couple questions. where can get one and whats the best way to remove the old one? I do have junk boards with good ones and a reflow station plus a solder sucker and an iron but i don't know how much heat those can handle. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
