hi

i have a xbox that when i sign into live it crashes. i have cleared the cache. recovered the gamertag. reformated the hard drive also to only have my new downloaded gamertag and it still crashes. but weird is only when i try to connect to live. not connected to live its fine. any ideas

interesting.. i think you have covered the software side which leaves hardware.. perhaps you have some faulty ram?

I suggest you to check your network connection once again properly or may be some of your hardware not working properly. You can also try by reseting your xbox.
