Hi

Bought my son FIFA 13 1200 points voucher but couldn't find way of redeeming it within game. Therefore redeemed from dashboard which worked fine, confirmed 1200 balance etc, but when he plays FIFA there don't seem to be any points to access, use etc.

Is it possible that I've ended up buying a specific FIFA 13 voucher, using that code but still ending up with 1200 points that can be used anywhere but FIFA 13?

Sorry if breathtakingly obvious but not to me!
