Error 66 only with MW3

When I put the MW3 disk in the drive and it tries to read it I always get an "Error 66". All of my other games work fine, its only with MW3. This is the 2nd disk that Ive tried. Ive checked to make sure that I have all of the xbox updates that are available. Im thinking maybe its a firmware issue? But I cant find anywhere that tells me anything about firmware.
I know with other games its required me to do an update for a specific game but I cant even get it to read the disk with out the error. Any ideas?
