a friend of mine is selling me his xbox360 elite with 4 controllers with a camera. he is selling it to me at a price of 10,000 php (Philippine peso),it already experienced RROD once but it was already fixed with its processor tightly screwed into place..should i buy it? by the way it is a 2007 model of xbox360 elite with 120HDD...help me decide thanks

I wouldn't buy it, especially not at that price. Even after the XClamp fix RROD is going to happen again (my own console rrodded again a month after I did the XClamp fix).
10,000 PHP are about 160 Euro, 232 US$. For that money you get a new slim:

Here in Germany RROD consoles are 30 Euro or less at ebay, that's about 1880 PHP.
