I'm a total noob when it comes to Xbox mod/jailbreak but I wish to change that since GTA 5 is out!

I have an Xbox 360 arcade with 512MB internal memory. I got it modded by the guy from whom I bought it, and that was in 2008. It is currently on dashboard 2.0.13599.0

I have no clue what mod chip was installed in it. I want to play GTA 5, but it asks me to install an update. I have a pirated copy of GTA 5. Please help me out. :)
