Is it possible for me to get the purchased video onto my PC?

When I log into my Mirosoft Account on my PC and look at my XBOX Movies purchase history -- the video doesn't show?

So I found this on XBOX Website FINALLY -- but I have to use the Zune software even though I didn't do anything with Zune on the 360?

Here?s how to watch Xbox Video content on your computer:
1.Start the Zune Music + Video software on your computer. If you don?t have the Zune software, download it (for free) from Xbox.com.
2.Sign in to your Zune account using the same Microsoft account and password that you use to sign in on your Xbox.
3.Click or tap Settings, then Account and then Purchase History.
4.Click or tap Movies or TV Programmes to see the movies or TV programmes you?ve purchased or downloaded from Xbox Video. A list of what you?ve purchased or downloaded appears.
5.Find the movie or TV programme that you?ve purchased, and then click or tap Download. The CONFIRM dialogue box appears.
6.In the CONFIRM dialogue box, click Watch now to stream and watch your movie or TV show now, or click Download now to store it on your computer and watch it later.
