Suspended due to non-functional email address

I was trying to change my credit card stuff and it said I can't and when I tried to add another and transfer the transactions onto that one it didn't let me. Now it says my acounnt is suspended. Then Xbox LIVE Status Service Alert WHAT IS GOING ON! I can't play xbox live becuase of this.
