xbox green tint during game play of skyrim

i got skyrim awhile back when i put it in it reads the game it looks completely regular all the way through the loading screen and front screen then as soon as the game play starts there is no color but a bright green the picture is clear and i can run around the only thing is its green so i have no clue whats wrong (i also just took skyrim back and exchanged it for a new one last night and they were both green)

ive seen the picture on tvs turn green when picture tube is on its way out.ive also seen picture change colour on ps2 games from faulty av cables.
if it does it on all games it might be the tv or the cable from xbox to tv.
if its only on that game might be a scene in the game.
