I can't find a solution anywhere using google, but I just bought my xbox360 and a copy of Tenchu Z, setup my Live account, opted to not pay for now, but will get gold next month. I bought the 4 Gig xbox on sale for $129.00. I therefore can't install the game and am just running it off CD. Can anyone confirm why, when I go to the main menu, it says under the Xbox LIVE highlighted option, "You are prohibited from multi-play. You cannot select this mode."
I bought this game to play coop with my buddy...Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've found the answer, and since I couldn't find the information easily online, I'm going to post it here. The fix for the error message is easy, get Xbox LIVE Gold. Silver prohibits online play. I feel like a doof.
