I got a couple of elite Xbox's with 3 rings of death. I tried the X-clamp on them both , with no luck . I noticed there is ample epoxy on these jasper board, I tried reflowing with a heatgun , still not booting , should I remove the epoxy beforehand ? I din't want to lift the chips off , though I feel the expoxy could be stopping the reflowing

Any suggestions ? I have managed to reflow and fix many older XBOx's , just these newer xbox's seem tricky

Just a blank screen with no sound either . Shall I remove the Epoxy before heat gun reflow or not ?
