I have a limited edition mountain dew xbox and when I put a game in the tv reads XBOX then after a minute or so microsoft pops up under that. After waiting 2-3 minutes the screen changed and at the top it said please take to service tech (something to that effect) then it has a bunch of other stuff in another language. Can somebody please help me
