I recently upgraded to Windows 8 from Xp.having updated all my software to use in 8 . i have hit a problem.I download files from (paid) Usenext and burn with ConvertXto DVd5 (paid) when i used this method with xp for past 10years all was well .but since using windows 8 i am can download the files but am unable to open/play or burn/due to a codec issue. I have all known Codecs used previously .contacted various support in usenext and vso .to no avail. I am Desperate. any advice appreciated Thanks
