When I try to send mail from my desktop using send - mail recipient. I get mail.ur in Russian, have tried changing in default settigs , tried Google for help, cannot seem to get rid of this mess. Any help appreciated. I have Win. 8.1 using internet explorer.

It may be a malware? Tried to scan your hard drive with antivirus software
