Ultimate Windows Tweaker 3.0 for Windows 8 has been released and is now available for download. While Windows 7 & Windows Vista users should continue to use Ultimate Windows Tweaker 2.2, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 may be happy to know that your favorite freeware Windows tweaker is now available for download.

i looked at this but ended up tweaking it myself (with a little help from other sites).first was to limit programs on startup.i have only two.black viper has a good tutorial on services settings.i only have an old phenom triple core 2.3ghz overclocked to 2.6ghz and it boots up in about 25seconds and is fast enough for me.

This is basically for the novice who knows squat about tweaking but would like to trim up their new Win 8. us old dudes got it covered. :)
