I would like to be able to play the xbox one in another room with out buying or moving it from room to room, I was hoping to purchased one of these - http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/maplin-50m-hd...-extender-n71ny
or one of these -

which one will be the better choice with or with out power cable?
or any other suggestions will be appreciated.
if this will work that is?

I will be looking at getting cat6 cable to run this over also what type of cat6 cable will be the best one to get. I will be looking to upgrade all my network to cat6 so I will be getting a bunk buy of this so I want to get it right this first time round :)
