Has anyone had any good luck making a backup of the new "Waiting for 'Superman'" DVD?

DVDFab created a disc of the main movie (Title 23) but with no sound.

CloneDVD w/AnyDVD created a disc which displays the menu but will not play the movie.

Thanks for any and all tips.

I see this forum isn't very active anymore. On the off-chance that someone sees this, is there a more active website where this type of issue (backing-up DVDs) is being discussed?

i just did title 30 time of 1:51:08 using dvd shrink and dvd decrypter seemed to work
