Hi,

I have a hold bunch of movies on DVDs that I would like to back up onto my hard drive using DVDShrink. Some of my DVDs are scratched and some has sector errors. Is there a good software program that will ignore the scratches and sector erros which will allow me to back it up onto my hard drive.

Many thanks,
Mez

You may need a grinder, Disk Dr or something like that, for bad scratches.

Try to find decrypt, ripit4me and fixVTS. Ripit4me will require the other 2 utilities to work best and it requires decrypt and shrink. FixVTS will repare some of the damage in the files but it can only do so much. That is when the grinder comes in. They can be bought on line or at Best Buy etc.
