For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:

Why do you want to know? I have a suspicion you may be planning to do something ill-advised. The format is not useful information for any normal activity. If you just wanted to know or test the members that is fine.
