im looking for a program that will broadcast my voice and the voice of someone on skype. so basically i want to use my "mic in" and "stereo mix" option in the recording devices, i want to use them at the same time so that i can broadcast in a vent server or stikam..

You should be looking for hardware not software to broad cast. Infrared devices are only line of sight. For more than that you need to use radio (micro waves).

I would suspect any mixer app will allow you to add tracks.

i dont want to add tracks i want to use two inputs at one time and play them live like when a radio station calls someone and you can here them talking and the people they call at the same time
