AVI2DVD Only Showing 1 Audio Stream

I have an mkv file that has 2 audio streams. When I go into AVI2DVD program it only shows me the first audio stream. I thought maybe the issue was because my second audio stream was DTS so I converted my second stream to AC3 but still the same issue. Any ideas on what the issue is and how I can get my second audio stream recognized. For the record I can play my mkv file in plays such as VLC and select both audio streams without issue.
