Hey guys,
I was wondering how would i go abouts adding text/border to an MKV video?

I want it something like this:
http://www.anime44.com/motto-to-love-ru-trouble-episode-6

Or with the video shrunk and a border around the edges afterwards.

I'm unsure what software is required to do this and how i would do this.. I've googled and such but haven't been able to turn up with any results.

Could anyone help me? Thanks!
