Re-connect AVI header and data?

Admittedly, I was stupid and turned off the recorder and didn't hit stop on a combo flashdrive and video camera.

The card is SD.

What appears happened, I started the recording, the header was created, the data was being recorded, I hit the power off button and now when I view the card it shows 0 bytes for the AVI file. The DCIM directories are there and that one AVI file is the only file.

When I show the properties of the card, it shows 671MB in use. Again, no other files on the card.

It also sounds about the right size for the video I took. So, I believe the data is on the card and the header doesn't have any info on due to my stupidity.

Any way I can connect the data to the header?
