hi everyone can you help?? i have a movie file, i downloaded it and tried to play it but a notice came up saying "the file your attempting to play has an extension that does not match the file format?? can anyone please explain how i play this or even sort it out, i even tried to convert it but it then says it has no duration time. please can someone please help thanks chris

Is that a music file, or a WMV? Is most likely DRM crap protected...don't bother with it, get another version that will work with no glitches...
