Hello everyone

I had gradient glitch problems (dont know techical name for it) for some videos be it .avi
.wmv .mkv.ı thought it was some sort of codec problem that is my fault.But when i was watching an anime in hulu it showed itself again as i showed in these screencaps.

Well i recently bought a new 22" hd lcd monitor my old one was a CRT.But my new monitor uses VGA port and my video card uses DVI i use a DVItoVGA thingy to connect them.

I also connect my xbox 360 to my monitor but there was no problem with that.

My questions are ;Is this a common problem?Is it about codecs or my monitor setup?
