I have a downloaded video and there is no sound, picture is perfect,it will not play on my WD and Patriot player and breaks up in VLC

This was take from the video info

Audio Language: English
Audio Codec: AAC
Bitrate Mode: Variable
Bitrate: 576 Kbps
Maximum Bitrate: 1 728 Kbps
Sample Rate: 48.0 KHz
Channel(s): 6 channels
Channel positions: Front: L C R, Side: L R, LFE
