hey

I am trying to get files back for my cousine. she got a virus on her laptop which made it not boot up. She restored it to factory settings but had no backups of anything so lost all her wedding photos and everything. is there any way to get back all her pictures via software if possible. she does not wish to pay so free software would be best if psosible.
