The other day I receive this box from yahoo when open it make noise. I decided to rip apart. Inside, it reveals circuit board and microphone.....I assume that it can be program to say other thing( it has 3 wires label : rec/mic/vss)

I was wondering how do you program these chips if anything i would be happy with guidance. I have no experience in electronic(unless basic).
