When I add all video files to Nero Express and start to burn them, error message appears showing "DVD-Video files reallocation failed. The resulting DVD-Video might be unplayable. Do you want to continur?". I then quit the process and start with Nero Buring Rom again but with same warning message.
Please advise what has gone wrong and how I can solve this problem to enable burning of those video files into DVD.
Many thanks for the assistance provided!

Are you adding the VIDEO_TS folder to the job or individual files in the folder.

No, I haven't add the VIDEO_TS folder to the job or individual files in the folder. The difference only comes another different download from other internet source.
Is there any means I can overcome the problem encountered? Many thanks!

The list of files doesn't tell me much.
There are 8 .IFO files shown which implies that there are 8 movies.
(they might be short trailers or coming attractions which might explain it).
Tell me the total size of the files that you are putting into Nero.
You can get that by right clicking the folder that containss those files and selecting 'Properties'.

Thus:

Try burning the VIDEO_TS folder containing the files using ImgBurn.

http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?/top...-using-imgburn/

If it's still a problem, post the ImgBurn log at the ImgBurn forum.
