I am trying to burn stuff on DVD+RW on my computer but it freezes whenever I put them in to use! I use on desktop and laptop and don't know what the problem is?

probably cheap poo discs, my 1st guess would be your burner but since your using on 2 machines i would assume its the discs. if you can get to the option to format the disc try that otherwise buy some better discs
