How do I get these dvd / cd cases please ?

Apologies if I'm in the wrong place, if I am, please let me know.
I'm trying to get hold of some of those dvd/cd cases, where the 'top' is transparent, and the side of the case is about 5mm - anyone know, a) what they're called and b) a good place on the net to get them from please.
Any help appreciated.

Many thanks for that, it's appreciated. Yep, they're the exact ones I'm looking for, but they don't deliver outside of the UK ;-( and others I've found that do deliver outside of the UK, are charging 20 quid extra ;-(

Speaking of DVD cases...
A Few years back,I bought a awesome dvd case at Biglots
It was 15.00 and its not like the normal cd/dvd wallets
The case on the front says "Cd Stuff"
(We all know Big Lots gets in the oddest stuff)
Well this case has been the BEST Case for my dvds....
They sold out fast at the time,So i only got to pick 1 up..
I cant seem to find these kind of cases ANYWHERE,Online,Local Stores...ect..
(The sleeves) are made different...
Its not the typical plastic,that are in typical cd cases...
Its not the typical clear plastic on top and rough white stuff on the bottom..
Its very hard to explain,Its plastic,but a different kind...
Does Anyone have any cases like this??,
And can maybe explain it better,Than I can.
Im looking to buy another case similar too the kind I have.
but i cant find them ANYWHERE...

I refer to those as a "European style" case. There are a number of things that are just made different in Europe, be it paper or plastic in various products. I've gotten these from Australia too.
I also bought a pair of cases from Big Lots a few years ago, and noticed the same "Euro style" to it.
Check out a Microcenter near you -- I bought another one last summer.
