I order the same part, kem-400aaa, from them 20 days ago and the shipping status says : Your recent order with us has been shipped to you today – this was 15 days ago – I don't know...I'll tell you if it ever gets here – No phone number for them, no responds for any of my emails, but they got my monies.

uh i think they are just incompetent they sometimes have things on backorder and don't tell you. you able to get ahold of their customer support?
