I saw these players in Best Buy.Are they any good?Are they a good brand?

Insignia is a "house brand" of electronics products sold by Best Buy. It gained sales volume in the decade starting in 2001, it is doubtful there were any stand-alone "CD PLAYERS" under that brand.

I have never owned an Insignia-branded product, but I will say this: I'd only buy a fixed-function device from them, such as a SIMPLE TV or DVD player. Since Best Buy doesn't design or manufacture the products, once manufactured, Best Buy is not likely to offer software/firmware updates for say a sophisticated BlueRay player or media player box.
