metal gear solid 2 substance copying problems

I'm not sure if this is the right place, but here goes
I just got a copy of MGS2 substance from emuparadise.me, and burned it to a dual layor DVD with nero at 2X speed
problem though, when I put it in the drive, nothing happens after the PS2 makes that little confirmation noise that its working
everything else burned so far has worked
anyone know what's happening and how to fix it?
any help would be greatly appreciated
