Digital camcorders w/USB transfer in field

I am a K9 handler, and members of my unit would like a digital camcorder that we can use to record training runs and immediately transfer to flash drives at training sessions.

I am NOT "tech savvy", so I don't know if this is even possible.

Please recommend any recorders that might have this ability.
