I have a very important disc that will not let me finalize it, so I can not copy it, It's reading disc erra whan I try to finalize it

Try recovering the files using the free version of Isobuster.

This is what you would be looking for - files that are many megabytes.
Note that the recovered TAO files can also be opened and demuxed using DGIndex.
MuxMan can take the demuxed files and create a new DVD.
