Hi, hoping someone can help. We have recorded some video on a blacked out background and it displayed fine on camcorder but when we capture it in windows media play & pinacle, it shows the edges where the black out cloth ends showing the wall. We don't know why it looks ok on the video camera but different when capturing. Any ideas??
