hello everyone

I have a big problem in capturing may video... im using my firewire pc card for almost two years now...

When im capturing my video on premiere... the video was jumpy in preview..i also used another program to capture it and same as the other prog..i cant even preview my videos properly in my pc and in my edting progm after rendering and exporting to avi.



this is mya pc specs
windws xp sp2
512 nvidia
3 g ram
dual core 2.0

is it because of my pc or the firewire it self
pls help me i dnt know what to do..
