audio CDs with Macrovision CDS-300

I bought a set of 7 audio CDs intending to put them on my iPod.

It turns out they have "snap, crackle, pop" Macrovision CDS-300 copy prevention. Demanding my money back, which I can probably do, will not get the tracks onto my iPod.

I found a Windos program that claims to do this for many euros, and it is a subscription, not a purchase.

I can't find any software tools to attack this problem in Mac OS X.

Any suggestions?
