How to make anaglyph 3D video (in After Effects or other?)

Hi,

Please advise: I want to make a present for my sisters wedding and make a kind of 3D blockbuster out of the footage of her forthcoming wedding. But I dont own a 3D camera, thats why I need some advice on what software to choose to make a conversion from regular video to anaglyph 3D one.

On one forum someone told me that such conversion is possible to do in Adobe After Effects. But the thing is Ive never used this program before, so it will be difficult for me without any proper advice (anyone use AE?). Also on other forum I was recommended to try 3D Video Converter, which is said to convert any format video to anaglyph 3D. But I dont know about it.. Has anyone already tried it? Or maybe someone already done something similar to what I plan and knows any other proven software?
