tsmuxer mac avchd problem?

hi noobie here having some probs with playing an avchd disk

i used the latest build of tsmuxer to convert the mkv file to avchd burnt it with toast then when i played the movie in ps3 the picture had been cropped the top third was gone and the bottom had been pushed up leaving a huge black border,

please can anyone help
