How do you mod Campaign Maps?

I have searched far and wide for a freakin guide that will tell me how to mod xbox campaign maps. I don't know how to do it. Here is what I have done so far:

-Bought an action replay
-Softmodded my xbox
-Downloaded flashfxp
-Downloaded all in one package (dothalo,resigners,signers,ect.)
-I do not have the new maps or halo 2 updated.

I have been wondering how to mod the campaign maps and nobody has made a guide. Here are a few mods that I would like to do.

-Fast running speed
-superjump
-infinite plasmas/grenades
-scarab gun
-rocket shooting smg

Those are just a few mods I want. I know how to use Dothalo and have read lots of guides. Someone please help. Thanks.
