i am trying to ftp via dhcp with 2 straight throughs with a hub, my computer when connected to the hub says it has limited connectivity, and the xboxes ip is 0.0.0.0... i have no idea why it wont connect. i dont know if the cables are in good condition

you have to enable dhcp on the hub.
