Jungle Flasher does not detect com3 port

how do i get the com3 port i need it for flashing my lite-on drive or can i use com1 or com2?

i even tried to connect the usb to my ck3 and com it doesn't detect com3 port, when i check in device manager ive got a exclamation on xuecuter ck3 pro-usb

what can be the problem?

i set up the port whenever i try to get the key, it says key does not look good i tried com1 and com2 and did not work

do i need com3 to flash my drive?
