after i updated to itunes 9 on my hp laptop the dvd drivers were erased. itunes states "no drivers found please reinstall itunes" i have done this and still no dvd drive under MY computer. i have tried all the solutions given under ms vista forums and also under itunes forums. both seem to blame the other for the fault but nobody is offering a fix that really works. under device manager there is no dvd drives listed. please help i have tried everything including firmware updates and resetting my laptop to orinal factory specs, that erased everything but the dvd drive is still missing.
