Aspire DVD drive 8930 and BD drive 8920

hello,

I was wondering if I can put the BD drive from a Aspire 8920 into my aspire 8930 and the dvd drive into the 8920? Is it hard to do? I'm also not sure if it's compatible with eachother and will I have to reinstall the system or just install the drives?
any help would be appreciated.
