Hi, I'm having this problem a long time ago.
I get this error sometimes only, not everytime.
I tried updating the firmware, changing software burner, using verbatin medias, and reducing the burn speed...

If you have Daemon Tools installed, try uninstalling it.

1st try to go back to the firware that worked( be careful)

Did you leave the copy to burn alone not open aplications etc??

Did you try other media ?
