LiteOn DVD drive not showing in WinXP

Hello everyone!

Just plugged in my LiteOn iHAS 124 drive.
The problem is - it is not working.
The drive is not showing up in device manager, but it shows up in BIOS.
Tried to turn off the IDE drivers. my HDD is also SATA
When RAID is on, then everything start's normally, but is not showing the DVD, but when the non-RAID activated, then everything freezes.

Running on WinXp Pro 32-bit; AsRock P4V88+ ; VIA 8237.

I can open and close tray, but nothing else.

When I plug out HDD and try to run LIVE CD it freezes before it start's to boot something.
