Hi,
I have a external blu-ray dvd burner matshita model bd-mlt UJ230as which i have been using occasionally for a while. Just recently i wanted to back up a Blur Ray home movie to my hard disk. When i load the blu ray disk the dvd burner tries to read the disk and searches for a source. In doing so, for some reason cannot find the source and stops.
However when i try this same procedure with a standard dvd disk it has no problems reading and identifying the source. Can someone please send me a solution to fix this problem.
